DON'T MOVE, IMPROVE
A rear house extension was built in Brookmans Park, Hertfordshire to provide additional open plan space. The windows and structure of the original bungalow were re-used and the terrace area made more accessible. The project was implemented under permitted development rights, without planning permission.
